Drotsky's Cabins & campsites

Drotsky's Cabins is a long time favourite and one of the first lodges to open in Botswana approximately 30 years ago. Founders and Owners Jan and Eileen Drotsky still run the cabins today in this beautiful location along the Okavango panhandle.

Kanana

Kanana Camp is located towards the southwest of the Okavango Delta between a mix of forests and open floodplains. The camp itself is sheltered by large ebony, knobwood and sausage trees looking over a a flood meadow and a series of palm dotted islands.

Delta Camp

Delta camp is situated in a beautiful setting in the midst of the Okavango Delta, south of the Moremi Game Reserve. The camp has been designed to blend in with nature, rooms and deck built around old trees to remain as unobtrusive as to the environment as possible.

Jao Camp

Jao Camp is one of Wilderness Safaris flagship camps in the Okavango Delta and is located in the middle of the Jao Concession towards the southwest of the Okavango Delta.

Camp Okavango

Nxaragha Island

Camp Okavango is set in the midst of the permanent Okavango Delta on the beautiful Nxaragha Island. It offers 12 intimate suites, one of which is a family unit comprising of two seperate rooms, each with it's own bathroom.

Little Kwara

Kwara Concession

Little Kwara is the smaller and more intimate sister camp of Kwara Camp, both located in the 1,700 km² Kwara Concession which borders the northern edge of the Moremi Game Reserve.

Jacana Camp is situated on a beautiful island in the midst of the Jao flats towards the south-west of the Okavango Delta. The island is surrounded by a number of palm-dotted islands and riverine forrest and the water holds relatively steady year round offering a classical Okavango feel.

Belmond Eagle Island Lodge

Eagle Island Lodge has been operating for over 20 years and although the accommodation itself has changed to a much higher standard opposed to the olden days, the surrounding environment offers the same classical Okavango experience as before.

Moremi Crossing

Moremi Crossing is built on a palm fringed island located just south of the game rich Moremi Game Reserve. The lodge has 16 safari tents, all en-suite with their own elevated verandah, overlooking the Boro River.

Kwetsani Camp

Jao Concession

Kwetsani is located in an idyllic setting in the Okavango Delta, surrounded by a variety of tall palm, fig and mangosteen trees. The lodge itself is raised several metres from the ground with rooms giving the impression of luxury tree houses.
